Programs Gone AWOL: Structurama

Anybody know what became of Structurama (Huelsenbeck's Bayesian approach to the same type of population structure questions addressed by Pritchard's Structure)? The website for the program - www.structurama.org - is currently off-line. I heard rumors of a revamped, user-friendly implementation and am assuming that page is off-line until this revised version is ready for public use.

I think I know what happened to Structurama!

UCSD let the URL expire. We are in the process of trying to obtain it again.

The web site has been moved to the following address:

http://fisher.berkeley.edu/structurama/

I am currently putting the finishing touches on the next version (2.0) of the program. The main features are:

1. The program now allows individuals to be admixed. If the number of populations is fixed, then the program uses the same model as structure. When the number of populations is a random variable, the program assumes a hierarchical Dirichlet process prior (AKA: Chinese franchise process).

2. The Macintosh version of the program has a graphical user interface.

3. I have sped up and fixed the calculation of the mean partition.
